Each month, the committee issues its newsletter the Environmental Synopsis. The newsletter examines timely issues concerning the environment and natural resources. Typical topics in any given month may include recycling, mining, groundwater protection, land use and growth planning, hazardous waste treatment and disposal, wetlands protection, sewage disposal, forestry and forest resource management and others. In addition, the newsletter reviews recent committee events and previews upcoming events, studies and reports. |
